Castle Square Youth Development and Leadership Programs are for Castle Square residents and Boston area residents in high school ages 14-19. Our comprehensive internships equip youths with essential job readiness skills, foster personal growth, and open pathways to success. Through hands-on learning, students will gain practical insights into both technology and media production skills, ensuring they are primed for a future of achievement. Castle Square Tenants Organization has multiple stipend internships and community service opportunities for youth.

Media Makers is an exciting opportunity for Boston-area teens to gain workplace experience, practice creative activism strategies, and become well-versed in graphic design and digital illustration on Adobe Photoshop.
