Our Provided Activities

Senior Quarterly Birthday Celebration

The senior quarterly birthday celebration is one of CSTO Joy-Club program activities. By celebrating birthdays, we provide our seniors with opportunities to meet neighbors, enjoy entertainment, build social connections, and live healthy. We also design birthday cards, distribute gifts, cut cakes and take photos.

Table Tennis

Table Tennis is one of the CSTO senior activities. There are many health benefits of table tennis, especially for dementia treatment, it can improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance, keep your brain sharp, burn calories, and create socialization. With the number of participants increasing, CSTO bought one more ping pong table for the residents.

Movie Day

Movie watching creates a relaxing and stress-free environment. The seniors come together, get entertained, enjoy social interactions, be informative and educational, inspire pleasant memories, experience and more.

Board Game

Board Game is one of the CSTO senior activities that it has been running for more than two decades. Playing board games can improve brain's processing speeds, alertness, and memory capabilities and increase social participation etc. which helps boost senior health.
