SQUARE TECH TRAINING PROGRAM
The Square Tech Training Program is a paid and volunteer training internship that recruits High School students who live in Boston and surrounding neighborhoods between ages of 14 - 19 while providing training in technology and workforce focused workshops. This tech-based youth program engineers a foundation of learning and developing skills through a series of workshops. Held in one of CSTO’s spaces, our young people are learning skills to become successful in the technology field while building lasting friendships with their peers and adults. These young people are learning the necessary skills to become successful, thriving members of society.
Paid Internship
This internship is for students who live in Boston ages 14 - 19.
STARTS OCTOBER 13 TO DECEMBER 18, 2026
MONDAY - FRIDAY 4PM - 6PM
Receive a paid learning stipend
Develop technical and business skills through a series of hands-on training workshops.
Learn new technical skills applicable to entry-level IT careers.
Gain foundational knowledge of IT concepts through hands-on training and practical workshops.
Build essential workforce and professional skills.
Gain practical experience using technology and developing technical problem-solving skills.
Participate in training focused on:
Introduction to PC Hardware
Introduction to Cybersecurity
Linux Programming
Introduction to Networking
Windows Operating System (OS) Fundamentals.
Fall Program Cycle Information:
Starts October 13 ends on December 18, 2026
Monday -Friday from 4 PM - 6 PM
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
Interns receive learning stipend upon successful program completion.
This internship is for students who live in Boston ages 14 - 19.
