CHANGE CREATORS
Jumping into a Canon DSLR to not only learn how to use a camera but also to craft creatively professional portraits that'll last a lifetime. Scribe unique and true stories of the people and environment around you while studying what makes a film a film. All while understanding how to create a public event that can attract others to come and support. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity where you can see the world through a camera and showcase everything you see in that lens.
Learn how to use a Canon DSLR camera to take pictures and record videos
Develop and script their own ideas to shoot
Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit, enhance, dodge and burn self-taken photos
Use Final Cut Pro to import, edit, slice/cut, add special effects and transitions their own videos to put together a film
Collaborate with others to set up successful community-friendly events such as movie night, film festivals, and end of the cycle presentations
Interns receive a learning stipend upon successful program completion.

Application Period
The Fall Cycle's application period will start on 8/1/2024 and conclude on 9/7/2024.
